Introduction
Madance Studio’s dance showcase will sweep you off your feet. The performers, representing a wide range of ages, come from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
The event features several Afro dance performances, bringing together a total of 50 dancers of different ages. The programme also includes Scars, a piece by Ndjara Dance Company and the Madance Studio dance group.
Scars explores scars – those visible on our skin and those that remain hidden deep within us. Scars can result from our own mistakes or from the actions of others. They symbolise a long healing process and remind us of past pain. On the other hand, a scar can also serve as a reminder of positive experiences.
