Kielo Dance Company’s Yötön yö ("Nightless night") is a bedtime storybook told in the languages of ballet and contemporary dance. As the mind slowly drifts to a hypnagogic state and the heart beats in a faraway distance, reality expands into the mysterious world of dreams. It’s time to fall asleep, to wake up on the other side of the mind – to drift into a state, where night lasts for an eternal moment…
The production consists of two peroformances, Sibelius 6.1. "Kaiku" (by Katerina Torp), and Elements (by Suvi Nieminen).
