Ticket information

  • Online ticket sales for all events: Programme Calendar

    In our programme calendar, each event includes a ticket purchase link directing you to the event’s online shop. We recommend purchasing tickets primarily through the online store.

  • Dance House Helsinki does not offer telephone sales for tickets. Our general customer service number is available at 040 560 1770 (Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00).

  • The programme at Dance House Helsinki consists of performances and events presented by various organisers. The ticketing provider and available payment methods may vary depending on the event. Please check the event-specific ticketing details in the programme calendar. For events where the ticketing provider is Dance House Helsinki, Zodiak, Tero Saarinen Company, or Dance Theatre Hurjaruuth, the following payment methods are accepted in the online shop:

    Bank payments: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Aktia, Ålandsbanken, and S-Pankki
    Card payments: Visa, Mastercard
    Mobile payments: MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto, Apple Pay, Google Pay
    Invoice and instalment options: Walley invoice for companies and associations (for events where Dance House Helsinki is the ticketing provider)
    Culture benefits: E-pass and SmartumPay

    Please note: When using a culture benefit, only one ticket can be purchased at a time in the online shop.

  • Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. If an event is cancelled, the ticket price (excluding service fees) will be refunded upon presentation of the ticket. Dance House Helsinki or the event organiser is not responsible for any additional costs. Neither Dance House Helsinki nor the organiser is liable for lost tickets or tickets left at home. For performances with several showtimes, tickets can usually be exchanged for another performance of the same production, provided there is availability. For some events, it may be possible to exchange the ticket for a gift voucher.

    Please check the programme calendar for each event’s organiser and the ticketing terms applicable to that specific event.

  • Most events offer discount tickets as well as group tickets. The availability and level of discounts are determined by the event organiser.

    Please check the event-specific discounts in the programme calendar. Be prepared to present proof of eligibility for a concession ticket (e.g. pensioner card, student card, proof of unemployment, professional ID).

  • Most events offer PWYC tickets. These tickets are intended to improve accessibility and to ensure that performances at Dance House Helsinki can be experienced regardless of financial circumstances. PWYC tickets allow you to choose from three price options and select the one that suits you best. The benefit is personal, and the purchase limit is one ticket per customer per season. A limited number of PWYC tickets is available for each performance. Tickets can be purchased at the sales point in the Glass Courtyard as well as via the link provided on the event page.

  • For events in 2026 where Dance House Helsinki is the ticketing provider, the ticket price includes a service fee determined by the price of the ticket. The service fee covers the costs of ticket sales and ticketing administration. No separate delivery or order fee is charged.

  • The front row in all Dance House Helsinki auditoriums is fully accessible. The seating rises steeply and access is via stairs; there is no lift to the auditoriums. Wheelchair spaces can be adapted by removing the seat if you prefer to remain in your wheelchair for the duration of the event. As the spaces at Dance House Helsinki are flexible, any alternative seating layouts are communicated on an event-specific basis.     Companions of customers with reduced mobility, as well as others eligible for a companion ticket, may attend Dance House Helsinki performances free of charge. The free companion ticket can be obtained when purchasing tickets or by contacting: info@tanssintalo.fi
